  1. Just want to congratulate you and Yoko for an outstanding and beautiful performance at the Burnt Cove Church. It was my first time hearing Japanese traditional string instruments in person. I thought that the blend of these instruments with the Cello was exquisite. Thank you for sharing a part of your culture with us. Best wishes to the two of you for continued success in your musical careers. I’m glad we got a chance to introduce ourselves personally, as we have gotten to know your parents – they did a great job!

    • Dear Tom,

Thank you for your thoughtful and kind message. Since it was our first time to perform in Stonington, we didn’t quite know what to expect, but we were very pleased that the audience member’s reaction was very warm and receptive. The concert felt very intimate and it was such a pleasure to perform from the beginning till the end. It was also nice to meet you and talk to you.

      Hikaru
